helpful staff clean room good location small room average breakfast gimmicky theme
i found the staff very helpful. they provided take away breakfast because i had an early checkout. rooms were very clean. the walk to the beach and historic part of town took only ten minutes.
the room was luxury but it felt small for the three of us.

i found the superior room to be immaculate. the king size bed was very comfortable after long days of exploration. the bathroom included his and hers sinks, very practical when getting ready (a thoughtful touch!).
i noticed the soundproofing was not perfect, as i could occasionally hear noises from neighboring rooms.

The reception staff were very helpful. The hotel has a nice cinema theme and provides books about film. The seating area is beautiful and cute!!!

The front desk staff was very helpful arranging taxis and answering questions. my room on the eighth floor was spotlessly clean. it featured a harrison ford photo above the bed. the mini-fridge kept my drinks really cold. I also appreciated the modern amenities.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
constant noise ineffective air conditioning
The room i was assigned was quite noisy. i could hear sounds from other rooms and hallways, this was distracting. the air conditioning also seemed ineffective. it struggled to cool the room even when set to a low temperature and ran constantly. i found it hard to relax because of these issues. The noise and temperature affected my sleep.

i appreciated the hotel's cool movie theme. the staff were always helpful. breakfast offered a good selection, i especially liked the fresh orange juice.
i found the air conditioning difficult to adjust. it seemed stuck on very cold, and i couldn't turn it off completely.
